To ensure a comfortable ride for all passengers, we recommend a limit of one standard checked suitcase and one carry-on item per occupant.
If you are traveling with additional or oversized luggage, please let us know in advance so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

We gladly accommodate guests traveling with their own mobility aids, including wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, and other assistive devices. To ensure proper vehicle arrangements, please let us know in advance what equipment you’ll be bringing.
For guests using non-foldable or larger equipment, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) may be required. Additional fees may apply if special accommodations are needed and not disclosed prior to pickup.

A 45-minute grace period begins 60 minutes after your flight lands, allowing ample time for customs and baggage claim. If additional wait time is needed beyond this window, please contact us in advance to avoid potential waiting fees.

If an occupant is unable to safely transfer from their wheelchair into a standard vehicle seat, we recommend booking a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV). These vehicles are specially equipped to accommodate occupants who need to remain in their wheelchair during transport, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride.
