We promise to respect your privacy and your data and as such we will never sell or share your personal information with any third party. All our drivers have passed thorough local background checks ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your journey. We take pride in being a responsible and reliable service provider, always aiming to give you the best travel experience possible. Payment & Booking Confirmation
To secure your reservation and ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, full payment is required at the time of booking your ride (Private Airport Transfer specific). This policy helps us maintain our commitment to availability and high-quality service for all clients. Your payment guarantees your ride and allows us to prepare adequately for your needs. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy. A booking confirmation will be sent once we receive your payment. Your booking confirmation will include your booking reference number, your confirmed pickup and drop-off location, the name of your assigned driver, and the driver's contact information. Additionally, you will be provided detailed instructions about where to meet us for pick up upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your reservation without penalty, please provide at least a 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a minimum fee of $75.00 and a maximum fee of 25% of your reservation's total depending on the party count, no-shows will be charged the full-service cost. We understand emergencies happen; please reach out if you believe your situation warrants an exception. Thank you for your understanding.
Luggage Allowance & Grace Period
Each individual is allowed to bring one (1) full-size luggage and one (1) carry-on luggage (vary by number of individuals). This allowance ensures that all passengers have sufficient space for their belongings while maintaining comfort and safety during travel. Please note that bringing extra luggage can cause complications during travel, including delays and limited storage space. If you have any questions about your luggage or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes for Private Airport Transfers. This allows you ample time to navigate through baggage claims and customs without any added stress. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive. Client Conduct & Liability
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience while we get you to your destination. To achieve this, we expect clients to conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism at all times. It is essential to follow all directives provided by our drivers and team members as they are intended to ensure your safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction. Adhering to these instructions helps us maintain high service standards and allows us to address any concerns promptly and efficiently. We value your cooperation and appreciate your understanding, as it contributes to a positive experience for everyone involved. While we strive to provide the highest level of service and care, we remain free from any liability damage/s to personal belongings during transit. Our team will make every effort to return any lost items; however, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for at the drop-off location to avoid any inconvenience on the client's part. If an item is recovered inside the vehicle, it will be tagged and placed in our lost and found and we will make contact to aid recovery. If we are unable to reach you it then becomes your responsibility to claim your missing item.
Health, Sanitation & Safety
Your health and safety is of utmost importance to us. We've implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic-friendly environment for comfort and safety. Our vehicles undergo deep cleaning and sanitization procedures between each use including thorough disinfection of high-traffic touch surfaces. Additionally, we provide hand sanitizer onboard for your convenience and peace of mind (depending on availability). These measures are part of our commitment to prioritizing your well-being and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Every member of our team has undergone extensive background checks, including security screenings, to ensure the highest level of safety and security. Furthermore, our staff members have obtained all necessary certifications and regulatory clearances required to provide our services with excellence and compliance. You can trust that our team is qualified and dedicated to delivering exceptional service while upholding and exceeding the standards set within the industry.
Contact & Emergency Information
To ensure seamless communication and efficient service, it is required that clients provide accurate contact information at the time of booking. This includes your best contact number and email address. Accurate contact details allow us to provide important updates, confirm your booking, and reach you promptly as needed. For your safety and peace of mind, we require all clients to provide an emergency contact when booking our services. This information is crucial in ensuring that we can promptly reach someone on your behalf in case of any unexpected situations or emergencies. Your emergency contact details will be handled with the same respect as all of your data and used only when necessary to ensure your safety and well-being.
In-Vehicle Notice
We strive to maintain all vehicles in pristine condition for your comfort and safety. Damages to the vehicle as a result of your actions will be your responsibility whether accidental or intentional (exceptions applicable). To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for you and our team member/s, smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Additionally, the consumption of food and beverages is subject to the driver’s discretion. This policy helps us maintain cleanliness and good hygiene in all vehicles for everyone’s comfort. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Additional Stops
For your convenience and to ensure a smooth journey, any additional stops en route must be requested in advance. This allows us to plan accordingly and provide the best possible service. Please note that unscheduled stops are not permitted unless in the case of an emergency. This policy helps us maintain timely and efficient service for all our clients. Force Majeure
Please be advised that our company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
